Among the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine on the menu in our Osteria you will find vitello tonnato, battuta al coltello, tajarin, ravioli del plin, chiocciole Metodo Cherasco, our cheese selection and the iconic marsala zabaglione with hazelnut cake.

Autumn and the white truffle of Alba

During fall, our land produces products of inestimable value. The scents and flavours are warm and intense, and the white truffle of Alba becomes the undisputed star of this wonderful season.

Among the dishes that best accompany the truffle and that we offer our guests: fassona battuta, egg in cocotte, and 30-yolk tajarin.
